⚙️ Setup Required

To activate this form, follow these steps:

1. Go to Firebase Console and create a free account
2. Click "Add project" and create a new project (name it anything you like)
3. Click the web icon (</>) to add a web app
4. Copy your Firebase configuration values
5. In the Firebase console, go to "Build" → "Firestore Database" → "Create database" (start in test mode)
6. Replace the firebaseConfig values in the code below with your own
7. Email setup: Go to "Build" → "Authentication" → "Settings" → "Authorized domains" and add your domain
8. Set up email notifications by creating a Cloud Function or using a service like EmailJS

Note: This notice will disappear once Firebase is configured correctly.
